All prices on this web site do not include shipping costs nor customs taxes.
Shipping costs (when given) on each item page are approximate.
I will be happy to quote you exact amount upon request.
(Generally shipping a chandelier to United States of America, using regular service of french postal company is about 100 us$.)

I propose insurance for shipments sent with the ColiPoste service.
- Insurance covers Lost parcel
- Insurance covers Damages :
Only if you put a written note on the delivery receipt when you receive a box that is obviously damaged. The best in this case, is in fact to refuse delivery and to keep a copy of delivery receipt with your written note "box refused, bad condition, tears, bumps".
WITHOUT ANY WRITTEN NOTES ON DELIVERY RECEIPT, IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO GET MONEY BACK. WRITTEN NOTES MUST BE PRECISE

Packing

Packing for small items For small and light objects, I'll manage to pack your items by myself.
Packing for large items
For large or heavy items (furniture...), I'll forward you to a professional packer
If you use the services of a shipper whose job is to be an expert in the care and transportation of art and antiques, you will have a package that is both professional and dedicated to the safety and care of your consignment.
They will ship over worldwide destinations all your fine art and fragile items through our sea, air or road freight services by separate or by container (20 or 40 foots)

Anyway, shippers like UPS or DHL don't provide packing services and won't ship unless it's packed in a wood/box crate by a pro packer like :
This packer is located in Roissy's Airport. Packing price depends of item's volume.
(For example, packing in a wood/cardboard box for a club chair (height 76 cm x width 65 cm x depth 74 cm) costs approx. 150 €, including VAT)
You need to ship them the item first, then when it's done they give the box to your shipper (if he's located in Roissy Airport only) who ships to you.
I can manage this for you upon request.

Customs

I declare full value of the goods I send anywhere in the world. Customs charges depend on your country law. For example, over 100 years old items are import duty free for USA.

Livraison

Transport et Assurance

Les prix affichés sur ce site n'incluent pas les frais de port. Lorsqu'ils sont fournis, les frais de port sont approximatifs.
Je serais heureux de vous donner le prix exact du transport sur demande. (Généralement, envoyer un lustre aux Etats-Unis, en utilisant les services de La Poste, coûte environ $100).
J'offre une assurance, incluse dans le prix des frais de port, pour tous mes envois avec le service ColiPoste. L'assurance couvre :
- La perte du colis
- Les dommages subis par le colis durant le transport
Pour bénéficier de l'assurance, vous devez écrire vos réserves sur le reçu de livraison quand vous recevez un colis endommagé de manière évidente. Le mieux dans ce cas est en fait de refuser la livraison et de garder une copie du reçu avec votre mention manuscrite "Colis refusé, endommagé, mauvais état, chocs, déchirures". Sans mention manuscrite sur le reçu, il ne sera pas possible d'obtenir le remboursement. Les mentions manuscrites doivent être précises.
